Fascinated by jewellery from a young age, Vashi has built a hugely successful multi-million-pound business which centres around making ethical fine jewellery accessible to everyone. Vashi is on a mission to make better jewellery in a better way, putting sustainable sourcing and ethical production at the core of everything they do. With a workshop in every store, customers can meet the people who make their jewellery and see the design and making process for themselves.

 

By pulling back the curtains on the jewellery-making process, Vashi is bringing much-needed transparency to an industry that has traditionally been all about smoke and mirrors. Backed by some of the world’s most prominent investors, Vashi delivered a tenfold growth in sales from 2016 to 2019. The company ranked 26th in the 2019 Sunday Times Fast Track, and 5th in the 2020 Sunday Times Profit Track 100.

 

Despite the brand’s phenomenal success, Vashi is just getting started and in his own words, has “only achieved one per cent” of what he set out to do. Now, with four stores in the UK including a new 4,476 square-foot flagship in Covent Garden and several in the pipeline, the brand is expanding rapidly.
