What does it take to successfully run and operate one of London’s most luxurious hotels?

That’s just one of the questions we’ll be asking Michael Bonsor, Managing Director of award-winning The Chancery Rosewood as we host him as our guest in our ‘Audience with’ series for May.

Michael has carefully curated and guided the success of Rosewood London comprising of 308 rooms, 11 event spaces and 3 restaurant and bars since it opened its doors in 2000. Under Michaels management the hotel has garnered impressive awards including ‘Best Hotel in London’ by Conde Nast Traveller, ‘Best Hotel’ by GQ and ‘Hotel of the Year’ by The Caterer, but to name a few.

Michael has spent years perfecting his art in hospitality by working with Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts in Boston, Toronto and New York. He spearheaded the launch of Michelin-starred restaurant L’Atelier de Joel Robuchon, perfected his craft at Claridge’s London and has acted as a spokesperson for the luxury service industry, giving talks to prestigious brands including Bentley, Jaguar and British Airways.

It is an absolute pleasure to be welcoming Michael as our guest this autumn as we deep-dive with him to understand what it takes to build, grow and operate one of London’s most iconic hotels.
